Our Security Philosophy
At our company, security is more than simply placing a uniformed guard on a property. Effective security requires awareness, communication, accountability, and accurate documentation. Our team is trained to operate with professionalism and attention to detail throughout every shift.
Our professional security guard services focus on proactive security practices that keep our clients informed and their properties protected. Our guards are expected to remain engaged, observant, and responsive at all times while maintaining clear and accurate records of activity.

Our guards utilize body cameras while on duty. Body cameras allow our security officers to act as mobile documentation points. By recording interactions and incidents in real time, they help ensure transparency, accurate reporting, and accountability for both our officers and the public
For our clients, this means greater confidence that incidents are documented properly and handled with professionalism.
-
While our guards are equipped with body cameras to promote accountability, professionalism, and accurate documentation, we understand that each client and property may have different preferences or policies.
Body camera use can be adjusted or disabled upon client request. We are happy to accommodate property-specific requirements to ensure our services align with the client’s expectations, privacy considerations, and operational needs.
-
When something happens on your property, timely communication matters. Our guards are trained to notify management or designated contacts promptly when incidents occur. Clear and professional communication helps ensure that our clients remain informed and able to make decisions quickly when necessary.
Our goal is to ensure that our clients are never left wondering what is happening on their property.
-
Security incidents often require detailed reporting. To maintain accuracy, our guards document important events and observations throughout their shift rather than relying on memory at the end of the night.
This real-time note taking allows us to produce clear and accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports. Proper documentation ensures that important details are preserved and available when needed.
-
Every guard representing our company is expected to maintain the following standards while on duty:
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Continuous awareness of property conditions and activity
• Accurate documentation of incidents and observations
• Prompt communication with clients when issues arise
• Responsible use of body cameras for accountability
• Professional and respectful interaction with the public

A Texas Level 2 Security Officer is a non-commissioned (unarmed) security professional licensed by the state of Texas through the Texas Department of Public Safety. These officers are responsible for helping protect property, monitor activity, and maintain a safe environment at assigned locations.
Level 2 officers typically perform duties such as conducting foot or vehicle patrols, observing and reporting suspicious activity, controlling access to restricted areas, and documenting incidents. They serve as an important first line of safety and deterrence at locations such as offices, retail centers, residential communities, events, and healthcare facilities.
Although Level 2 officers are unarmed, they play a critical role in preventing incidents, monitoring property, and quickly reporting concerns to supervisors or law enforcement when necessary. -
